Orders are dispatched the same day they're placed. Once your order has shipped, please allow up to 14 business days for it to arrive. This is an estimate rather than a guarantee — customs, weather and carrier delays can occasionally push things back.
Orders shipped within the European Union have no additional import duties or customs charges. Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees set by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the customer and aren't included in your order or shipping cost — check with your local customs office if you're unsure what applies.
We ship to the address entered at checkout, so please make sure it's correct. If you spot a mistake shortly after ordering, email support@snoozertherapy.com right away and we'll do our best to update it before it ships. We can't guarantee changes once an order is already on its way.
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, email support@snoozertherapy.com with your order number and we'll track it down or work with the carrier to sort it out.
